You are here: Home Logistics

There is a number of hotels, hostels and youth hostels near the conference venue and close to the city centre, i.e. conveniently located to explore the city before or after the conference.

We have blocked a contingent of rooms in some hotels in the city centre for the period from 11 to 15 June 2019, to make it easier for you to organise your stay in Bonn. Please note that the conference will take place during the Pentecost week, with public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia, so a high demand is expected for these days. We therefore recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible.

For students and participants who have a limited budget, we can offer the possibility of private Couch Surfing accommodation which is organized by the student council of the Department of Anthropology of the Americas. Because of their limited capacity, we ask you to contact the student council as soon as possible.

For further information on reserved hotel contingents and private accomodation, please consult this document.

In addition to hotels with reserved contingents, you can consider the following options:

Hotel Königshof

Hotel Löhndorf

Hotel Eden

Hotel Mercedes

Max Hostel
